G. Miller Hogan, II joined Lassiter, Tidwell, Davis, Keller & Hogan, PLLC in August of 2004 as a member. Mr. Hogan has multiple practice disciplines including commercial real estate, real estate development, commercial and business transactions, book publishing and entertainment law. Mr. Hogan represents a variety of business clients including entertainers, sports figures, publishers, banks, developers and business owners.

Mr. Hogan has extensive experience in commercial transactions including commercial real estate, mortgage lending, commercial lending and general corporate and business law. He represents real estate developers and builders in connection with the acquisition, development and sale of commercial and residential real estate. Mr. Hogan is a licensed title insurance agent in the state of Tennessee and is an authorized agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Mr. Hogan also represents several banks and lending institutions in connection with the closing of real estate secured loans, including development and construction loans. Whether you are acquiring, selling, developing or leasing commercial property or buying or selling your personal residence,  our firm stands eady to assist you through each step of your transaction.

Mr. Hogan’s experience in book publishing began when he acquired the life story rights of several of the prominent parties involved in the Elian’ Gonzalez matter, including the only two other survivors of Elian’s journey from Cuba to the U.S. and the "fisherman" that rescued Elian’ Gonzalez. Since that time, Mr. Hogan has served the needs of authors and publishers as both a literary agent and attorney. He has extensive experience negotiating and drafting contracts in all aspects of book publishing including publishing agreements, co-author agreements and contracts for the option and sale of subsidiary rights for motion picture and television productions.

Mr. Hogan is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Aerospace in 1990. Thereafter he earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis. Prior to joining the firm, he served as General Counsel for a mortgage investment company as well as a solo law practice and literary agency.
