Jennifer S. Ghanem

Having relocated from New York City to Nashville, Jennifer rejoined Lassiter Tidwell in 2009. After working on real estate matters while in-house counsel with a Fortune 500 company, Jennifer focuses her practice representing clients in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchase, sale, development, investment, financing and any litigation arising out of those transactions. She represents a broad spectrum of clients, from real estate investors and lending institutions to first-time home buyers. Jennifer has lived in Nashville for over 30 years, and her family owns and operates a number of small businesses throughout the city - a facet which inspires her dedication to representing family, start-up or small business owners, helping them establish successful companies in and around the Nashville area.
Upon graduation from law school, Jennifer served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Marietta Shipley, Second Circuit Court Judge for the 20th Judicial District. She practiced with Lassiter, Tidwell before moving to New York City, working as in-house counsel with The First American Corporation. In 2004, Jennifer was a volunteer coach to the Tennessee State High School Mock Trial Champions; a team that went on to place among the top ten mock trial teams in the nation. She is currently a member of the Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations, the Lawyers Association for Women, and is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Tennessee and the United States District Court of Tennessee, Middle Tennessee.
