After graduating from the University of Texas-Austin, I knew that the best way for me to continue giving back and helping others was to continue my education in law school. I knew that law school would give me the experience, training and the ability to be the voice of and to speak for those who need it most.

About Timothy M. McHale

After spending my first five years as a lawyer defending corporations in high-exposure litigation, I realized that I didn’t want to spend my career on that side of the aisle. I joined the Lassiter Law Firm and have had the privilege of representing people injured, neglected, or wronged by insurance companies and corporate entities since then. In my experience, many lawyers are hesitant to take a case to trial. About Mohammed Nabulsi

I am an attorney that seeks to represent his clients with rigor and zeal. As a trial attorney, I have experience in all facets of a litigation, from drafting and arguing pretrial motions to trial preparation and execution. I pride myself on critical thinking, preparedness, and unique ways to resolve legal issues facing my clients. During the course of my legal career, I have gained a diverse set of experiences from working on appellate work for the Center for Constitutional Rights in New York to serving as a development associate for the College of Liberal Arts. My range of experiences allow to approach legal issues in thoughtful and creative ways. I pride myself on direct and open communication with my clients. I know as an attorney I am tasked with the duty of being there for my clients when they need it most.
