I am a personal injury attorney licensed in Texas and Colorado. Our firm centers on personal injury litigation, including automobile accidents, slip and fall cases, and premises liability matters. I also serve as my firm’s in-house resource on the practical integration of artificial intelligence into legal practice.
The path I took to this work is personal. My father, James Lassiter, built this firm on a single principle. Serve people, not corporations. I earned my way to it rather than inheriting a seat. For nearly a decade before I was licensed, I worked here as a legal assistant. I learned the practice from the ground up and saw firsthand what our clients endure after a serious injury.
That foundation shapes how I practice. I rely on preparation and creativity to find the angle others miss. Education

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Louisiana State University and my Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston. During law school, I studied abroad in Prague and authored two law review-caliber research papers, each earning the CALI Award for the highest grade in the class. I also completed a summer clerkship at Wagstaff Law Firm in Colorado, a nationally recognized mass tort practice known for the Roundup litigation.
