Grayson Lassiter

I am a personal injury attorney licensed in Texas and Colorado. Our firm centers on personal injury litigation, including automobile accidents, slip and fall cases, and premises liability matters. I also serve as my firm’s in-house resource on the practical integration of artificial intelligence into legal practice.
The path I took to this work is personal. My father, James Lassiter, built this firm on a single principle. Serve people, not corporations. I earned my way to it rather than inheriting a seat. For nearly a decade before I was licensed, I worked here as a legal assistant. I learned the practice from the ground up and saw firsthand what our clients endure after a serious injury.
That foundation shapes how I practice. I rely on preparation and creativity to find the angle others miss. Like my father, I do not hesitate to take a case to trial when it belongs in front of a jury. My clients deserve an attorney who fights for them with the standard I was raised on, hard work and a good attitude.

Education

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Louisiana State University and my Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston. During law school, I studied abroad in Prague and authored two law review-caliber research papers, each earning the CALI Award for the highest grade in the class. I also completed a summer clerkship at Wagstaff Law Firm in Colorado, a nationally recognized mass tort practice known for the Roundup litigation.

Why Injured Texans Choose Attorney Grayson Lassiter

I did not inherit a seat at this firm. I earned it, and that shapes how I treat every client who walks through the door. You get an attorney who understands both the law and the daily reality of recovering from a serious injury.

My clients deserve someone who fights for them with the standard I was raised on, hard work and a good attitude. The points below explain what that looks like in practice.

A Decade of Hands On Experience Before Licensure – For nearly ten years before I was licensed, I worked at this firm as a legal assistant. I learned how injury claims move from the first call to the final check. That experience means I understand your case from every angle, not just the courtroom.

A Client First Standard Built Into the Firm – My father built Lassiter Law on a single principle. Serve people, not corporations. I carry that same commitment into how I communicate, prepare, and advocate for the clients I represent.
